Calls Regarding Compromised Debit Card Accounts

Some members have received calls claiming to be from the TCCU Fraud Department. The caller requests your full debit card number and your PIN. DO NOT give out this information. If it is a legitimate call regarding fraud on your Visa debit card account, the representative can only verify the last four (4) digits on your card and will also tell you about the suspect transaction(s). If you receive a call like this, please contact the credit Union immediately 310-618-9111. (2.15.13)
