Target Credit and Debit Card Compromise

TCCU Member Cardholders: Target has released a statement regarding a security breach which exposed over 40 million debit and credit cards to unauthorized parties. We have been informed of any TCCU cards included in the breach and we are working to replace those cards as soon as possible. 

If you believe there is fraud on your account, please report to us within 60-days of it appearing on your statement. Only cards that were used between November 27, 2013 - December 15, 2013 are at risk.

Calls Regarding Compromised Debit Card Accounts 

Some members have received calls claiming to be from the TCCU Fraud Department. The caller requests your full debit card number and your PIN. DO NOT give out this information. If it is a legitimate call regarding fraud on your Visa debit card account, the representative can only verify the last four (4) digits on your card and will also tell you about the suspect transaction(s). If you receive a call like this, please contact the credit Union immediately 310-618-9111. (2.15.13)
