Samsung Remote Deposit Issue Has Been Resolved

Please download the app update in Google Play for Android OS devices. You will not need to re-register if you have already registered prior to the app update.

Do I need a new App?

Yes! The old app (green background app icon) will be disabled on February 28, 2019.

Download the Torrance CCU Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Do I need to re-register? 

You will need to register if you have never reigstered in the new app. 

Can I use the same Username, Password and Secret Code I was using before?

Yes, but you still need to register in the new app. Create your own username and password according to the following guidelines:

Note: You will no longer need a Secret Code. 


Must Be at least 4 characters in length
Must contain at least one letter
Cannot contain member account number
May contain the following Special Characters: @ _ . - +


Must be at least 6 characters in length
Contain at least one letter and one non-letter.
Must NOT contain user name or account number

Note: You will no longer need a Secret Code.

How do I register to use the new app?

  • First, make sure your email address on file with the Credit Union is correct. You can check your email address on file in HomeBanking or by calling the Credit Union.
  • Download the new App to your mobile device, tap to open the App.
  • Tap "Register" to get started. You will need your Member Number and your Social Security Number and the Last Name on your account.
  • An Authorization Code will be emailed to you. Enter this code in the designated field.
  • Now you have access to all the Mobile Banking Features!

Do I need an Access Code?
Yes. You will be required to enter a one-time Access Code upon registering your device.

What will happen to the old app?
The old app will be disabled February 28, 2019. Make sure to delete the old app from your device to avoid confusion.

Some features have changed:

Remote deposit will no longer require the DeposZip app. 

*Quick balance was featured in the old app, but now you can display your choice of balances without logging in.


Samsung (Android) Generations 7 and Above

Known issue - This issue has been resolved in app version 4.11.127.

Framing Tool is Not Reactive to positioning of camera to check.
